Version 2The grocery store is easy to navigate when you know what to get. This week I will take you to the grocery store and show you how to get everything you need to make cooking and eating simple.

There are so many tips that for you that I had to break it up into 2 videos.

We will look at the important sections of the grocery store: produce, fish, meat, poultry, dairy, eggs, and frozen foods. We will even look into the interior sections to see where the hidden gems of whole foods are found. We will check the drink aisle too. After this tour you will feel more prepared to navigate the grocery store to find healthy whole foods!
