A simple, guaranteed, cure for heart disease

Have any readers seen the new documentary film “Forks Over Knives” yet?  I’ve watched it twice!  90 minutes of sheer joy!  What a message of hope!

Cardiovascular disease, which causes heart attacks and strokes, is the number-1 cause of death in America.

Spoiler alert, I’ll give you the punchline:  People that adopt a low-fat, plant-based whole-foods diet can reverse their heart disease, even after they’ve had a heart attack or stent!

You can throw out the outdated and false notion that this disease is irreversible.

Now, I’ll also give you the inconvenient truth: Animal foods (meat, eggs, dairy, fowl, fish) are triggers for heart disease and cancer.  They create inflammation and contribute saturated fat, cholesterol, and inflammatory chemicals that are like gasoline on the fire.  By removing them, you can be happy, healthy, robust, and heart-disease free.

That’s it.  It’s that simple.  The movie will show you survivor after survivor after survivor.  None of them feel deprived.  None of them are sickly.  None of them are unhappy.  In fact, quite the opposite is true: they’re happy, they’re active, they’re beautiful, and more importantly they’re still alive!  Many of these survivors were given weeks to live, but they are still kickin’ after 25 years because they made a simple choice: to eat plant-strong!

The movie is now available on NetFlix.  Rent it!   You can also find “Forks Over Knives” onamazon.com

“Forks Over Knives” outlines the successful program and study conducted by the distinguished Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, of the prestigious Cleveland Clinic.

NOTE: The following is an excerpt from The Protein Myth: Significantly reducing the Risk of Cancer, Heart Disease, Stoke and Diabetes while Saving the Animals and the Planet courtesy of John Hunt Publishing.]

“Dr. Esseltsyn’s program, described in his book Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, calls for avoiding oils, meat, fish, fowl and dairy products.6 His trial involved 18 patients who in the eight years prior to the trial had experienced 49 coronary events such as “angina, bypass surgery, heart attacks, strokes and angioplasty.” After 12 years on Dr. Esselstyn‘s program, these 18 patients experienced only one coronary event, and that particular patient had dropped out of the program for two years. After he came back and resumed Esselstyn’s plant-based diet he had no further cardiovascular disease occurrences.”

ALL 18 PATIENTS RECOVERED!

The only coronary event was in the one person who dropped out of the diet, and even that person reversed his heart disease when he resumed the plant-strong diet.

What does this mean to you? I can’t draw a shorter, straighter line between you-your diet-your good health.  I hope that you will be able to connect the dots.  Watch the film.  read the book(s).  Save yourself from the country’s number-1 killer and live to see your grandchildren grow up.
