Where are you located?
Our physical office is at 6404 Bannington Road, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28226. Keep in mind that we have members all around the nation, so do not let location hinder you. We are here to help you reclaim your health, in person or virtually.
What kind of doctor is Dr. Smith?
Dr. Smith is a naturopathic doctor. He is trained as a primary care physician but does not act as a primary care physician. Naturopathic doctors are not licensed in the state of North Carolina and do not prescribe drugs.
Do I have to come into the office or do you offer virtual visits?
We help our members across the US feel better than they ever thought possible through in-person AND virtual appointments.
Treatments
Do you treat pediatrics?
We do treat children but we do not do Pediatric Primary Care.
Where do I get my labs done?
The lab work is done at a private lab near you, this is not something we do in our office.
Billing & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
The reality is that health insurance does not pay for health and that is what we do – we help people get their health back.
Do you use health insurance for tests?
Many of the tests that we run are not considered standard of care tests and therefore insurance does not pay for them. We work directly with the labs to get preferred pricing which is often a fraction of what they cost if using insurance.
