One patient who really took our teaching to heart is named Joe.

Upon taking a comprehensive look at Joe’s diet, along with other testing, we realized he had some deficiencies.

We also discovered that his body had high levels of inflammation that were making him susceptible to injuries.

Once we identified all of these things, we were able to provide Joe education on what he should be eating, how he should be moving, etc. so he could finally heal from his old injuries and not have to worry about getting sick all the time.

Because Joe took this new knowledge to heart, he can now operate at a higher level of physical performance, both in sports and at work and home.

His libido is better, he has more energy, and he is able to do all the things he loves.
